Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging when applicable.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Opened or used pet food
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged product, defective item, or fulfillment error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Pet Food Purchases

Due to food safety requirements, opened bags of pet food cannot be returned.

If a pet food product arrives damaged or there is a quality concern, please contact us directly. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
